Bruce P. Hall - Commercial Leasing Manager/Associate Broker

We are particularly pleased to have Bruce Hall as part of our commercial services team. He and his wife, have made San Juan Island their permanent home. Bruce has an extensive and very successful background in commercial property leasing and sales in Dallas, Texas. In addition to his commercial expertise, Bruce will be working in the residential sales area, bringing his relaxed, but very professional manner to working with both buyers and sellers of land and homes within the San Juan Islands.

Denise has seventeen years of property management experience in the San Francisco Bay area. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker in both California and Washington State.

Laura Wrobel - Administrative Assistant

Laura works part time on Orcas Island in our Property Management Department. She assists with both long term and vacation rental properties. Laura brings enthusiasm for the islands to her work with Windermere, along with local knowledge since she has lived full-time on Orcas Island since 1976. Born in Seattle, she spent summers cruising in the islands as a child. After obtaining her BS in botany from the UW, she was given a choice; a job with a landscaper on Orcas, or working with the Dept. of Agriculture in downtown Seattle. Laura choose to work on Orcas and never moved back to the mainland. From 1982 to 1999, Laura worked with her husband, a contractor, building and remodeling homes on Orcas Island. Laura is excited to have the opportunity to welcome you to the islands.
